Ordering Terms

Version 2.0 · Effective 25 August 2026

1. About these terms These terms apply when you order a report or related service through Site Reports Direct. Site Reports Direct is operated by EnviroSolution Limited (company number 06943362), whose registered office is America House, Rumford Place, Liverpool, L3 9DD. Our head office is Suite 53, 3a Bridgewater Street, Liverpool, L1 0AB.

You can contact us at info@envirosolution.co.uk or 0330 159 8204.

2. Our services We provide environmental consultancy reports and related professional services. The scope of the service is the scope stated for the selected report, together with the site boundary, project information, limitations and any agreed variations recorded for your order.

The free site check is a preliminary screening tool only. It is not a Phase 1 Desk Study, Coal Mining Risk Assessment, planning opinion or substitute for professional advice.

3. Your order and the contract Before payment you will be shown the selected service, site details, price, VAT, key scope information and relevant terms. Please check these carefully. A contract is formed when we accept your order following successful payment, unless we tell you that the instruction requires further scope review before acceptance.

We may contact you if the site size, location, proposed use, available information, access requirements or other circumstances fall outside the standard online scope. We will not carry out additional chargeable work without first agreeing the revised scope and price with you.

4. Prices and payment Prices shown at checkout identify the net price, VAT and total payable. Payment is due when the order is placed unless we expressly agree otherwise. Card and online payments may be processed by our payment service providers.

5. Information you provide You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, including the correct site boundary and proposed development or purpose. We are entitled to rely on information you supply unless it is obviously inconsistent or incomplete.

If material information is missing or changes, the scope, conclusions, delivery date or price may need to change. We will explain any material change before proceeding where further approval is required.

6. Delivery and timescales Any stated turnaround is a target working-day period for the standard scope, not a guaranteed deadline unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed date in writing. The delivery period normally starts when payment has cleared, the site boundary is confirmed and we hold the information needed to begin.

The delivery clock may pause while we await material information, site access, third-party data, clarification or approval of a scope change. Site walkovers are also subject to safe access, location and appointment availability.

7. Professional review and third-party information Reports may use mapping, environmental datasets, public records and other third-party sources. Those sources have their own coverage, currency, scale and accuracy limitations. Our role is to review and interpret the information reasonably available for the agreed scope.

Reports are prepared with reasonable care and skill. They are not a guarantee that every environmental condition or historical activity has been identified, and they do not replace intrusive investigation where further work is recommended.

8. Cancellation by consumers If you are acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession, statutory consumer cancellation rights may apply. For distance service contracts, the usual cancellation period is 14 days from the day after the contract is made.

You may ask us to begin the service during that cancellation period. If you do so and later cancel before the service is completed, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for work already carried out. If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period after your express request and acknowledgement, your statutory right to cancel that service may end.

Full details are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Cancellation or suspension by us We may suspend or cancel work where we cannot safely or lawfully perform it, payment fails, required information or access is not provided, the instruction is materially different from the ordered scope, or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent performance. Where appropriate, we will explain the position and any refund or revised scope available.

10. Reports, reliance and use Unless the issued report expressly states otherwise, it is prepared for the named client, the identified site, the stated purpose and the development information available at the issue date. Third-party reliance requires our written agreement.

You may use the issued report for its agreed purpose. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in our report format, methodology and original content remain with EnviroSolution Limited, subject to the licence to use the report for the agreed project.

11. Liability Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights.

Subject to those rights and any express terms in the issued report, our responsibility is limited to loss that is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. The report-specific limitations and reliance wording form part of the service.

12. Complaints If you are dissatisfied with the service, contact info@envirosolution.co.uk with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. We will review the matter and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.

13. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available to you under applicable law.
